Floraspore symbionts activate the root-substrate interface to facilitate the uptake of minerals which make for a heathier root and healthier plant. Eco-Complete eleminates the need for laterite. No artificial dyes, paints, of chemical coatings, Eco-Complete has nighly porous, spherical grains for optimum diffusion performance and contains live Heterotrophic bacteria to rapidly convert fish waste into natural food for your aquatic plants. It establishes a natural biological balance which makes cycling a new aquarium faster and safer.
Directions: Use one to two pounds per gallon of aquarium water. Two pounds per gallon will deliver best performance. An ideal bed depth is at least 3 inches. Eco-Complete Planted Aquarium Substrate is desinged to be a complete substrate but may also serve as a bottom layer with your choice of non-carbonate substrate. For new aquarium setups. simply pour in the entire contents of the bag and fill aquarium with aquarium suitable freshwater. For established aquariums, drain and discard most of the liquid before placing into the aquarium. Placing new gravel over the top of an existing gravel bed can be damaging to aquatic life. Gently mix the new substrate into the exisitng bed, in sections, and over a period of a few days to a week
